NOVEMBER 3, 2026 · THROUGH NOVEMBER 2

Daily performance.

Meta’s reported consult CPA was $345 yesterday versus $339. The last three days weakened to $323 versus $287, while the seven-day CPA improved to $306 versus $318. Cole’s new engagers and Josh bloodwork retargeting offer useful acquisition signals. All six comparison windows were refreshed; attribution gaps remain visible below.

Consult counts and CPAs are provisional. HYROS payment and attribution gaps remain. November 2 matches Eastern reporting boundaries, but earlier windows are affected by the daylight-saving change. Google THI-2 sync freshness is unverified. Meta spend and traffic are fresh. Exact limitations →

Reporting definitions

  • Spend: Meta platform spend for 1A/1D; HYROS campaign costs for Google, reconciled within HYROS.
  • Consults: HYROS native Unique Sales, paid consult-sales category, last-click attribution with date-of-click ON. Email consult and program-sale categories excluded.
  • CPA: Period spend ÷ native unique paid consults, not an average of daily CPAs. Approximate in this snapshot because of the date-boundary limitation below.
  • Recent dates: Completed days can still gain attribution. October 29 is injection day; October 30–November 2 are four full post-refresh days. Comparisons spanning October 29 include launch-day and pre-launch activity. November 1 Meta-attributed consults rose from 71 in yesterday’s pull to 75 now; that is reporting backfill, not November 2 acquisition.
  • Scope: Two THI Google accounts; KeyCellularNutrition excluded. HYC book campaign excluded from the Meta overview.

Open attribution gaps

  • Payment integrations: Healthy/Recurly integration and backfill completion remain unverified. This can affect reported consult volume and CPA.
  • Austin / MSL: Earlier purchase-attribution discrepancies remain unresolved. Low HYROS counts alone do not prove actual sales collapsed by the same amount.
  • GHL cross-check: 155 of 193 successful November 2 charges matched a HYROS order ID in a November 1–3 search. The 38 unmatched include 13 consult-labeled, 19 concierge and six program/invoice/other charges. Three matched charges have multiple HYROS rows; that alone does not establish duplicate purchasers. These are charge counts across channels, not 38 proven missing paid consults.
  • Google connection: The November 2 THI-2 expired-token alert remains unverified as resolved. November 2 returned no campaign rows for this account; that does not prove zero spend. Google totals show available HYROS data and may be incomplete.
  • Different clocks: GHL charge date and HYROS click date do not have to match by day.
Spend reconciliation & downloadable detail

Meta account/campaign totals differ by at most $0.00; campaign/ad-set totals reconcile across all six windows. Weekly ad/placement totals differ from campaign totals by at most $0.70. Google cost controls reconcile exactly within HYROS, without proving sync completeness. Pagination and row joins were checked.

Daylight-saving limitation: HYROS’s native report endpoint accepts fixed UTC offsets, not named timezones. Reports use the profile’s −05:00. November 2 matches Eastern boundaries. November 1’s first hour (00:00–00:59 EDT) is outside its native count; pre-transition boundaries differ by one hour from Meta’s Eastern calendar days. Three- and seven-day comparisons are affected. Native unique counts were preserved, not summed to manufacture exact Eastern totals. GHL November 2 charges were filtered to the exact Eastern day.
