NEW WILL-ONLY ENGAGERS
$123.67 CPAEarly acquisition win; ROAS developing
WEEK OF NOVEMBER 2, 2026 01 / THE BIG PICTURE
Will’s new engagers and several new ads show encouraging consult CPAs. This week: the Black Friday switch, Josh’s new testing campaign, and attribution repair as the top priority.
Updated November 3 · through November 2. Yesterday, three-day and seven-day comparisons, with campaign and ad-set detail.
Proven winners and early signals, already selected. Just choose your funnel.
Different decisions need different dates. Recent consult CPA and volume are shown separately from older ROAS windows. Every section carries its own reporting dates.

Nov 602 / CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE
October 26–November 1 versus October 19–25. Open a campaign for its acquisition and mature windows, plus ad-set detail. Counts are native paid consults; ROAS is reported, incomplete revenue—not a profitability verdict.
CHA: October 1–19. Bloodwork: July 1–September 28. Retrieved November 2.
| Campaign | Click dates | ROAS | Context |
|---|
The campaign needs recovery. Latest week: 42 consults at $498.48 versus 48 at $445.41. Cancer Risk is an early CPA signal; the next regular cold refresh is November 12.
| Click dates | Consults | CPA | Reported ROAS |
|---|
Account CPM rose about 13%, outbound CTR was nearly flat, and Reels’ spend share declined. That does not establish account-wide creative fatigue or a universal Reels shift. Josh BW’s largest ad uses about 44% of spend; rising CPM with flat CTR and lower frequency is not enough to call fatigue.
MSL and Austin BW results remain affected by the broader missing-data issue; address them within the attribution/revenue repair. Google reporting is HYROS-only. BW VSL lead generation needs a verified retargeting handoff. No extra cold cut list is being introduced before November 12.
03 / AUDIENCE COMPARISON

365-day viewer and 180-day URL lookbacks remain review context; no retention change is approved this week.
04 / CREATIVE SIGNALS
Proven winners and early signals, already selected. Just choose your funnel.
I’ve already sent Cole’s 1004398 — Sweaters, Soup and Your Health and Josh BW’s 1004436 — Ninety Seven Biggest Steal directly to Jordan. These are early CPA signals, not established ROAS winners. For 1004436, launch-inclusive CPA is $166.68 versus $213.10 for the three full days.
Results tied to the dates below
Every label uses unique paid consult purchases and total-revenue ROAS from the same placement and click window. CPA is ideally $200 or less; strong ROAS can still qualify above that CPA. There is no minimum-spend requirement.
20+ consults · ROAS ≥4
A substantial sample to ideate from. Check the other windows and any data issues before scaling.
5–19 consults · ROAS ≥4
Strong early evidence, even in the first three full days. At 20+ consults the result moves to established.
5+ consults · CPA ≤$200
ROAS is below 4 and still developing. Efficient acquisition; profitability is not established.
Fewer than 5 consults: too little evidence for a winner label. Other results that fail the criteria are “Not currently qualifying.” Mature low ROAS is not a promising label.
Normal revenue lag: CHA 14 days, bloodwork about five weeks, measured from click dates. A good early ROAS can be recognized immediately; low immature ROAS needs more time. Suspected duplicate purchases are marked for review. These are creative-reference labels, not automatic keep/cut instructions.
October 30–November 1 is the first three full days. October 29–November 1 is a separate launch-inclusive view; do not confuse the two.
October 15–19 gives CHA clicks at least 14 days to mature. Also inspect since-launch and recent acquisition. A prior concept injected into a new placement is not a new concept.
Previously identified winners remain available with their original evidence dates. Historical success is an ideation reference, not a claim of current performance.
Click a column heading to sort highest to lowest; click again to reverse. Filters and sorting work together. Select a prior-selections list to see every member, including those not qualifying in the displayed window.

One creative UID per row. The row shows the strongest qualifying evidence by consult volume among its reviewed placements and windows; expand it for other reviewed placements, exact dates and context. We never sum placement-level unique sales and call them unique creative buyers. Historical success is an ideation reference, not proof of performance today.
Target the bloodwork rebuild we previously discussed for November 12. Matt and I should connect on the final setup and starting budget; the prior plan covered an original IN HOUSE BW revival or properly routed VSL/DTO ABO version. Stage the transition to protect consult volume; do not launch both at full spend or abruptly shut down TOF.
Reports needed now: BW DTO old/current page test, 203 email DTO and 267 SMS DTO—live status, start date, allocation, visits, consult purchases and conversion by version. Matt reported all CHA/CBA popups removed and the OG BW test at 20%; results remain requested.
05 / THE DEEP DIVE
DTO can work. The original DTO ads returned 8.85× in 2025, and the newer cost-cap DTO ads returned 5.66× in the window below. DTO itself is not a blanket explanation for the decline. The original campaign’s full new-page period shows lower conversion and ROAS, so we need to test the page and recover the right creative, destination and campaign setup.

| Campaign / period | Consults | Consult CPA | Conversion estimate | ROAS |

Matt confirmed all pop-ups are removed across ALL funnels, including CHA and CBA/bloodwork. He also confirmed the original bloodwork DTO page is now testing at 20%. These are Matt-reported implementation updates; test results are still pending. Keep offers consistent and measure consult conversion, CPA and mature ROAS. Verify Microsoft Clarity and review actual page behavior; any future popup needs a separate controlled test after the page winner is established.
GHL history points to March 19, 2026 as the page launch. The original campaign continued through May 24. The newer cost-cap and TOF campaigns began May 12 and May 13, respectively; both are shown through September 13 to allow five weeks for revenue.
The conversion estimate uses matched ads’ HYROS consult purchases divided by Meta unique link clicks. It is not a deduplicated page-visitor conversion rate. DTO naming is used where historical destinations are unavailable; known misroutes are excluded. Older click periods include revenue accrued through the October 19 review, not frozen five-week snapshots. April rebounded to 5.93 ROAS in the original campaign.
06 / APPROVED DECISIONS
Josh only. Broad cold prospecting. ABO: 14 videos / $700 per day and 6 images / $300 per day. Twenty ads from the past few injections, $1,000/day total. Matt finalizes the exact ads. This is separate from the regular November 12 cold refresh.
Refresh Josh’s continuing audiences and new Will-only engagers for Black Friday. Keep old Josh broad PV on; leave low commitment off. Austin’s pause is complete. Restart November 5 with engagers only at $250/day using the agreed placement restrictions. Old Cole engagers stay unchanged until the November 12 review.
Regular cold-prospecting refresh, the recommended BW rebuild once its structure/budget are agreed, and old Cole’s CPA/ROAS reassessment. The Cole review is not an automatic refresh instruction.

Run alongside the new promotional creative. A promotion change alone is not a reason to replace them.
Leave the old mixed creative running through November 5 despite the known banner mismatch. Reassess November 12.
IN HOUSE’s previously approved 10: 1001433, 1003510, 1002422, 1001716, 1001989, 1001915, 1004226, 1004383, 1004382, 1004377. Austin cold: 1004296 Treat, 1004287 I Almost Lost My Mom, 1003704 Running on Empty. These are prior instructions, not a new November 12 keep list.
07 / THIS WEEK’S EXECUTION
| When | Owner / coordination | What needs to happen |
|---|---|---|
| Nov 3–4 | Matt + Drew | Fall closing emails/SMS; verify actual sends, links and offer. |
| Nov 5 · 5 a.m. Eastern | Matt + Jordan; Richard / Drew | Black Friday retargeting and PRE-BLACK FRIDAY banners; codes BLACKFRIDAY / BF70. Keep old Cole unchanged. |
| Nov 5 · late morning | Matt + Drew | Launch email after checkout QA; Drew confirms SMS timing. |
| Nov 5 · Josh sandbox | Matt | Josh-only broad cold ABO: 14 videos at $700/day, 6 images at $300/day. Finalize the 20 ads. |
| Pause complete · restart Nov 5 | Matt | Austin: Facebook/Instagram engagers only at $250/day, using the agreed placement restrictions. Pause completion confirmed by Samuel. |
| By Nov 6 · requested target | Matt + tech / HYROS support; Ricky | Restore verified consult purchaser signals; separately report revenue-ingestion and historical-backfill dates. |
| Nov 12 | Matt + Samuel; Adam for budget | Regular cold refresh and the previously discussed bloodwork rebuild. Matt and Samuel connect on final setup and starting budget. Reassess old Cole; no automatic refresh. |
On our Friday, October 30 call, Matt and I discussed the missing main HYROS rule, the button-triggered Purchase events Matt found, and HYROS showing events as sent that were not appearing as expected in Meta. Verify genuine paid-consult purchaser events, product rules, deduplication and the optimization event before removing incorrect signals. Requested target: Friday, November 6. Matt: when are you meeting with the HYROS engineers, and what is the expected repair timeline?
Separately, we need Ricky’s current-revenue and historical-backfill dates, affected sources/accounts, and reconciliation evidence. Approximately $1.1m is reported missing; we cannot assign that missing revenue to specific audiences. Once baseline is restored, return to normal ROAS decisions and then explore a program-buyer/ROAS campaign test.
Drew confirmed that the current setup matches the intended routing. New opt-ins receive nurture first; the finished tag adds them to the active promotion for its next scheduled message, including last-call emails. Eligible contacts automatically move into the next month’s workflow on the last day of the month.
Routing questions closed; promotion preparation remains. Matt supplies the copy and Drew implements the new sends, including closing messages only if the end date holds. Keep current-offer banners and checkout codes aligned. This is Drew’s confirmation of the setup, not confirmation that the new messages have been built or sent.

One coordinated sale across paid retargeting, order forms, nurture banners, email and SMS. These are the agreed working dates for the rest of 2026; planned does not mean launched.
These are planning dates, not automatic shutoff dates. If the promotion is still hitting our benchmarks for CPA, meaningful paid-consult volume and mature ROAS, we extend it. I’m not going to switch a sale just because the calendar says to. We review performance before the planned close and move the next launch, creative, banners, emails/SMS and coupon expiry together. Last-call messages only go out once the actual close is confirmed.
Use mature ROAS windows: 14 days for CHA, five weeks for bloodwork. Recent consult CPA and meaningful volume inform the earlier checks; low immature ROAS alone is not a reason to end a sale.
| Working dates · 2026 | Promotion | Bonus / direction |
|---|---|---|
| October 29–November 4 | Fall Into Better Habits | Heal Anything Naturally |
| November 5–December 7 | Black Friday | Heal Anything Naturally |
| December 8–24 | Christmas Countdown | Heal Anything Naturally |
| December 25–26 | No promotional email/SMS blasts | Retargeting and banners do not automatically stop |
| December 27–31 | New Year | Bonus awaiting confirmation |
December 25–26: no promotional blasts; retargeting and banners do not automatically stop. December 31 ends this Q4 calendar, not necessarily the New Year promotion. Review January separately.
For Fall, Black Friday and Christmas, repeat the cellular guide we used in 2025, originally called Heal Your Cells. My December 2025 rename was Heal Anything Naturally. Use the verified renamed asset and match the cover, download, graphics and fulfillment references. The Non-Toxic Products Guide and Holiday Survival Guide were part of 2024; they are not the bonuses for this plan. The New Year bonus remains unconfirmed—do not substitute the 2024 Natural Detox Secrets guide or promise a bonus before we verify it.
Creative exceptions: retain Josh’s approved audience-specific keeps for fall. Replace his four seasonal keeps when Black Friday launches; the five evergreen BW ads can continue through later promotions while performance holds and they are not fatiguing. Leave Cole’s legacy mixed ad set unchanged November 5 and reassess November 12; new Will-only creative matches the current offer on the same Will page.
November 5: use Pre-Black Friday in banners; ads may say Black Friday. Near Thanksgiving/Black Friday, remove “Pre-” from the banner without requiring another ad refresh.
Use the recovered wording. Do not add an end date.
Fall Into Better Habits is the creative theme; FALL SALE is the banner wording. The bloodwork fall offer and any separate bloodwork New Year variant still need confirmation. Do not infer those from the standard banners. Tech must verify every code at checkout before launch.

HYROS last click, date-of-click on. Native unique paid consults exclude email consults and downstream program products; total attributed revenue drives ROAS. Meta supplies matched spend. Google is HYROS-only, THI accounts only; HYC book is excluded from consult performance.
CHA mature cutoffs end October 19; bloodwork ends September 28. Recent HYROS fixed −05:00 boundaries and Meta Eastern days have a one-hour daylight-saving difference; recent CPA is provisional. Missing revenue and incorrect purchase signals remain unresolved. We do not use Meta purchase totals as consult truth.
Current campaign and creative data were retrieved November 2. Later scoped checks may differ from earlier native campaign totals; never sum grouped uniques to replace them. Historical creative references and the October 19 BW history retain their original dates. Older revenue includes later accrual, not a frozen maturity snapshot.
